Our on-site inspection and preventative maintenance plans include:

 Inspect Belt Drive for Wear

 Check for Leaking Oil on Gear Drive and Replace Seals if Necessary

 Drain and Replace Gear Drive Oil

 Remove Bearing Housing Cap and Visually Inspect Bearing and Seal Condition

 Purge Existing Lubricant and Re-lubricate Bearings

 Check Radial Run-out of Drive Shafts for Alignment

 Check for Wear of Bearing Journal Surfaces

 Check Condition of Load Cells (if applicable)

 Remove Covers & Inspect Condition of Media & Media Hardware

 Provide You a List of Findings and Recommendations for Repairs if Necessary.
